We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Carvo account, please review the following information:

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

⚠️ Important Considerations

  • Active Bookings: You must complete or cancel all active bookings before deleting your account
  • Outstanding Payments: Any pending payments or charges must be settled
  • Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Data Retention: Some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) as required by law

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Carvo app and log in to your account
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Scroll down and select "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

Option 2: Email Request

If you're unable to access the app, send an email to support@carvocarshare.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.
